• Cancellations made on or before September 21, 2025 (11:59PM Eastern Time), are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 administration fee. 
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference (after September 21, 2025), are not eligible for a refund. 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Guests are welcome to attend, but each person must have their own ticket. Conference registration is per individual - one ticket admits only one person. If your guest would like to join, please ensure they register separately through the official registration page.

• Your bio details will only be shared with other conference attendees if you choose to opt in during the registration process.

• Photos and videos may be taken during the conference for documentation and promotional use. We will request your consent before using any identifiable footage of you.

• We may retain your contact information to share future updates about this conference or related events. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

No, you’re free to choose whichever sessions or events you’d like to attend. However, please note that the registration fee remains the same regardless of how many individual events you participate in.
Please also note that refunds are not provided if you are unable to attend, unless your cancellation falls within the terms outlined in our cancellation policy.
